"I have been dealing with Johns office for about 12-13 years now, they have always helped me quickly and happily when adding or subtracting cars over the years. John has always gone out of his way to help me save some money on my premiums. On a couple claims I have had, he and his staff has always walked me through the process and kept me up to date. I definitely recommend his services and value!"

"Stephanie at this office is completely unprofessional. She constantly has a tone and attitude every time I call to make my payments. She has never been nice or helpful, not once. I finally got tired of her customer service for the last time and am going to find a new agent through State Farm. John’s employees need to learn respect."
